My wife has only just found at that she was adopted.
She kept crying and saying things like “Why didn’t they want me?” and “How could they just give me away?”
I was comforting her and saying “You don’t know their circumstances” and “Your mother wanted you to have a good start in life.”
I continued reassuring her and holding her in my arms. After a while she said she wanted me to make love to her, so I did. This led to more floods of tears unfortunately.
Perhaps on reflection shouting out “Who’s the daddy” while I banged her A-hole – was perhaps a bit insensitive of me!
