I had my old glasses for years and it was time to exchange them for new ones, so I convinced my parents to buy me some expensive very light glasses, with expensive fancy anti-reflexion whatever lenses.
After two weeks use, I was regardlessly carrying the glasses on the shirt pocket, when they felt on the sidewalk after taking some stupid note paper from the same pocket. They felt front down, and scratched right in the middle of both lenses. I tried to clean and use them but I cannot get used, and they were actually affecting me with headaches and stuff. So I had to get my old glasses back from the drawer and i am using them right now, pissed off with my luck.
Better still, I am unemployed trying to graduate so I have no money at all and I will have to wait until I get a job again to exchange the lenses.
